PRESS RELEASE:

First Weber Group Realtors is pleased to announce that many of their agents were voted FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents in the Greenfield area in a 2010 Independent Survey for Overall Satisfaction.

Greenfield area First Weber recipients include:

Nancy Counter

Mike Korol

Debra Major

Kim Marks

Kristine Nadolny

Theresa Van Dyke

For the third year, Milwaukee Magazine has formed a partnership with Crescendo Business Services surveying recent homebuyers and other industry experts to find real estate agents in the Milwaukee area who scored highest in overall satisfaction. Crescendo surveyed, by mail and phone, all Milwaukee area residents who purchased a home over $250,000 within a 12 month period (July 2008 to July 2009) and 5,000 subscribers of Milwaukee Magazine. An additional 240 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies, who are often best able to judge a real estate agent’s technical skills and knowledge.

On the surveys, recipients were asked to evaluate only real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience. They were asked to evaluate them based upon nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.

First Weber Group Realtors is Wisconsin’s largest independent Real Estate Company with over 50 offices and over 1,500 professionals covering North Central, Northern, South Central, and Southeastern Wisconsin. Southeastern WI offices are located in Brookfield, Johnson Creek, Delafield, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, Greenfield, Glendale, Racine, Waukesha and West Bend.

The First Weber team combined to sell almost 2 billion dollars in sales in 2009.
