“Our fall sale features a great selection of clothes for fall and winter, along with high demand toys, games, books and more,” Stephanie Suring, organizer of the Waukesha County sale said. “This sale always offers a huge selection of Halloween costumes as well, which really helps save on buying new costumes for the kids each year” added Suring.
All items are inspected before the event for current fashion, stains, tears and inclusion of all parts. Items are organized like a children’s store, where everything is divided by gender, size, category, and brand name.
JBF team members staff each sale and earn various benefits for working the sales, including earning $8 an hour. Anyone can sign up to work, however, and get paid by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. To learn more about opportunities and rewards of joining the team for each individual sale, visit www.jbfsale.com. Consignors utilize an exclusive, free barcode tagging system to tag items, keep track of daily sales, and manage an accurate, itemized list of any unsold, fashionable, and desirable items that are then donated on behalf of JBF and the consignors to organizations, including the Salvation Army, for area families in need.
Just Between Friends serves more than 260,000 American families in 22 states and provides an opportunity for families to recycle their kids’ clothing and toys. Wisconsin currently offers six JBF sales events with each independently operated. The Salvation Army is an international movement located in over 100 countries around the world. It has been serving communities in the Greater Milwaukee for over 100 years.
