Wisconsin Gators club
offers basketball workouts
The Wisconsin Gators Elite club is sponsoring free workouts for boys in grades five, six and seven on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church and School, 2229 W. Greenfield Ave., Milwaukee.
The workouts will include basketball fundamentals, shooting, footwork and defense.

West Allis' Cosson
helps Stritch spikers win
Adam Cosson of West Allis is playing on the Cardinal Stritch men's volleyball team this season.
Cosson compiled a hitting percentage of .435 and 23 kills as Stritch tipped the Hannibal-LaGrange University Trojans, three games to two, last week.
The Wolves prevailed, 25-17, 22-25, 25-16, 21-25, 24-22.
