ROBBERY

· An unidentified man, implying he had a weapon, demanded money at BP Gas, 4405 W. Loomis Road, at about 10:05 p.m. Jan. 8. The suspect, described as white, 5 feet 9 inches tall, in his late 20s and wearing a black jacket, fled on foot without the money.

· An unidentified man, implying he had a weapon, attempted to rob TCF Bank, 4375 S. 76th St., at about 12:15 p.m. Jan. 11. The suspect, described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s wearing a tan winter jacket with fur on the hood, did not receive any money and was last seen running westbound on Allerton Avenue.

BURGLARY

· Two shotguns, a crossbow, 50 silver dollar coins, two one-ounce gold coins and two sets of North American hunting knives were taken during a burglary at an apartment in the 7100 block of West Southridge Drive between Nov. 19 and Jan. 7.

THEFT

· A cellphone was taken at El Beso Restaurant, 5030 S. 74th St., prior to 9:35 p.m. Jan. 6.

· Wheels were taken off vehicles at Schlossmann's Honda City, 3450 S. 108th St., prior to 9:15 a.m. Jan. 7.

· An unidentified man shoplifted a basket full of merchandise at Walgreens, 4296 S. 76th St., at 12:50 a.m. Jan. 8.

· Two computers, a garbage can and a microscope were taken from the dermatology department at Aurora Urgent Care, 6901 W. Edgerton Ave., between 5 and 7:55 p.m. Jan. 8.

· A purse and keys were taken from a Kindercare bus while it was warming up in the 8600 block of West Forest Home Avenue between 10 and 10:10 a.m. Jan. 8.

· A tablet computer and a digital media player were taken from a residence in the 11300 block of West Holly Lane prior to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 8.

· A cellphone was taken at El Beso Restaurant at about 5 p.m. Jan. 8.

· A snowblower was taken from a residence in the 4600 block of West Holt Avenue between 3:15 and 5:10 p.m. Jan. 8.

· Two unidentified suspects shoplifted a surround sound system at Walmart, 10600 W. Layton Ave., at about 5:25 p.m. Jan. 8.

· An unidentified man shoplifted a basket full of merchandise at Walgreens, 4296 S. 76th St., at 4:55 a.m. Jan. 9.

· A purse was taken from a vehicle parked in the 7800 block of West Layton Avenue prior to 11:10 a.m. Jan. 9.

· Two unidentified women shoplifted an undisclosed amount of merchandise at Party City, 5058 S. 74th St., at about 6:40 p.m. Jan. 9.

· Two desktop computers were shoplifted from Walmart, 10600 W. Layton Ave., prior to 11:05 p.m. Jan. 9.

· Spare change was taken from a vehicle in the 3400 block of West Lynndale Avenue between late evening Jan. 10 and 10:55 a.m. Jan. 11.

· A backpack was taken from a vehicle parked in the 3400 block of West Lynndale Avenue between midnight and 11:40 a.m. Jan. 11. The backpack was later found in a neighbor's front yard and returned.

· An unknown amount of change was taken from a vehicle parked in the 3800 block of South 35th Street between midnight and 9 a.m. Jan. 11.

ASSAULT

· A woman was arrested for battery and vandalism after she physically attacked her girlfriend at a residence in the 4600 block of South 47th Street at 1:20 a.m. Jan. 11.

DRUG POSSESSION

· A 14-year-old boy was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and delivery of drug paraphernalia to a minor and another male juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana at Greenfield High School, 4800 S. 60th St., on Jan. 10.

· A woman was arrested for possession of heroin after she and another woman were detained for shoplifting at Walmart, 10600 W. Layton Ave., at 5:45 p.m. Jan. 10.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

· A suspect was arrested for drunken driving in the 3900 block of South 108th Street at about 3:55 a.m. Jan. 12.

VANDALISM

· All the windows on an SUV were smashed in the 9000 block of West Waterford Square between 5:30 p.m. Jan. 5 and 10:30 a.m. Jan. 6.

· An intoxicated male was arrested for vandalism, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after he caused a loud disturbance and damaged pictures in a hallway of an apartment building in the 6100 block of West Stonehedge Drive at 5:15 a.m. Jan. 7.

· A vehicle window was broken in the 4300 block of South 76th Street between 12:30 and 1 p.m. Jan. 9.

OTHER

· A man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was thrown out for causing a disturbance at Mad Dog Saloon, 4395 S. 76th St., at 1:35 a.m. Jan. 12.

· Greenfield police responded to four domestic violence calls and assisted with six rescue calls and four fire calls between Jan. 6 and Jan. 12.
