Thanks for election support

I wish to thank all the residents and businesses who supported me in the recent 5th District aldermanic election. I appreciate all of you who took time out of your busy day to cast your vote.

Although I lost by a slim margin this time, it has been very humbling to know that so many of you voted for me even though you may not have known me prior to this campaign. Every one of your votes was important, whether it was the first or last one cast.

A big "thank you" also goes out to all of my friends, family and supporters who went out of their way to help me in this election. Words alone do not convey how much you mean to me.
